AZUMI means "safe space" in Japanese.

I am a professional mental health and well-being consultant. I created AZUMI - Wellness to help people to cultivate the lives they want and need. I would never want clients to feel that working with me was sterile, overly clinical, formulaic or that I was not able to offer them the space and time they needed to explore how they were feeling.

Throughout my almost 20 years of experience, I have found that building a resilient, compassionate and steadfast relationship with yourself can be the catalyst to creating a happier, healthier, more authentic and fulfilled life. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all and that there are many modalities and treatments to help people to feel better, more hopeful and happier.
